Tell us what you want to study and where. We will tell you which countries and institutions would realistically take you, in writing, with the reasoning.
Universities, colleges and high schools around the world. If one door is closed to you, we will tell you which ones are open.
See where you could studyYou do not need perfect grades. You do not need to already speak the language. You do not need to know which country you want.
You need to start.
Answer nine questions. One of our advisers will call you. Start now →
An assessor and a counsellor who stay with you from the first call to the day you land.
English, Vietnamese, Bahasa Indonesia or Filipino, including the call with your parents.
Named countries, named institutions, and the reasoning behind every one of them.
This is how we get to know you. It takes about a minute. A student adviser then contacts you to go through it properly and explain what the assessment involves. Nothing is charged at this stage.
We ask about language, funding, grades and history because those are the four things that decide where in the world you can actually go. There are no wrong answers here, only different routes.
Enrola is a professional education agency, the gateway between students who want to study abroad and leading educational institutions worldwide.
Sending someone you love to a distant country for their education is not something we take lightly. Yet most families make that decision on guesswork.
Enrola exists to close that gap. We provide students and parents a clear path: the information, the tools and the guidance to decide well, while we handle the entire journey: assessment, enrolment, visa, and landing.
We believe in higher education. We believe there is a right educational institution for every student. We are here to help you find it.

Enrola takes assessment seriously. The outcome is never a simple yes or no. At the end of the process you receive a full map of the educational journeys realistically open to you, based on your preferences, your grades, your documents, your funding, your history and what you are willing to do to get there.
We do not tell students what they want to hear. We provide a full and comprehensive, fair and honest assessment of where you stand today, what you would need to complete to reach the institution you asked about, and which alternatives we believe would suit you. Where we see a better fit, we will say so. The decision is always yours.
Every student is assigned a personal assessor who stays with them from start to finish. Every student also has a session with one of our enrolment counsellors to decide what fits best: the countries open to you, the institutions that would take you, and exactly what it takes to get there.
Enrola supports you through every stage: enrolment, the student visa file, and settling in once you arrive.
Most of this work is carried out by our own team. Some services require specific licences or legal authorisation, and in those cases we work with qualified providers who hold them. Whichever it is, Enrola remains your representative and stays with you from start to finish.
Answer nine questions and a student adviser will call you to go through your situation, explain the assessment, and tell you what it would take. Nothing is charged before that call.
From your first call to your written assessment takes about a month. Not because we are slow, but because gathering transcripts, bank records and school documents takes about a month.
Here is what happens in that time.
A student adviser goes through your situation in your own language and tells you exactly which documents to gather.
Transcripts, passport, financial records. You collect, we file your applications, handle the questions that come back, and chase whatever is missing.
A written assessment naming the countries and institutions realistically open to you, where the gaps are, and the reasoning behind all of it.
Want only one country? Say so. Open to a shortlist? Better. You decide, then we register you and handle the visa file.
We publish all four, including the ones you would rather not hear, because you should know what you are buying before you buy it.
Nothing we can honestly work with, in any country. We tell you exactly why, and it is usually funding, a visa history or a criminal record.
The route is real but something has to happen first, and most often it is the language for your destination. We arrange it and stay with you.
Not this intake, but realistic for a later one. You get a plan with real dates between here and there rather than a vague maybe.
A shortlist of countries and named institutions that would take you. We start registering you straight away.
The $250 either comes back to you or comes off what you pay next. You are never worse off for having asked.
See the document before you pay for one of your own.
Download a sample assessment →Enrola covers the entire student journey: from your first assessment, language tests, language classes, choosing the right program for you, scholarships if available for you, the right educational institute, the right country, the registration process, the visa process and preparation for your interview, to the day you land.
Which countries and which institutions are genuinely open to you, set out in writing with the reasoning.
Most institutions require proof of language before they will accept you. Where you need it, we arrange a recognised course taught in your own language.
Applications to your shortlist, filed, tracked and chased until you have offers in hand.
Once you are accepted, we prepare your student visa file and get you ready for the interview.
Enrola will only charge you for the job we really do. We charge our students based on a success fee. To assess you properly we invest resources that will benefit your application. If we see at an early stage that there is nothing we can do to help you in your journey, we will refund your assessment fee. Our team works above and beyond to make your application work, screening through programs that will fit you best, and sometimes more than once.
Paid at the start. Covers a student adviser, an assessor, a month of work and a written shortlist. Refunded in full if there is no route anywhere, credited to your fee if there is.
Paid only once an institution has accepted you and you are ready to move on to the visa stage.
These two are the service fees for the whole journey. Anything else we provide, such as a language course or insurance, is priced separately and quoted to you before you agree to it.
Tuition, government visa charges and living costs are paid by you directly to the institution and the authorities, never through us. The same goes for anything we arrange on your behalf: a language course, insurance, a room. We quote it in writing and introduce you, and you pay the provider directly. The $250 and the $750 are the only money that ever comes to Enrola.
Choose among thousands of educational programs in more than 400 institutions spread over 22 countries. Be open minded: if one country is closed to your profile, another is usually open.
Staying flexible on your destination and choice of educational journey is the single biggest thing in your favour.
Enrola advises students for international education programs enrolment and student visas only. Questions about working visa, bringing family, or staying after you graduate will send you the official government page for that country, because that advice is not ours to give.
Have a question that is not here? Talk to one of our advisers today. Nothing is charged before you have spoken with them.
A student adviser and an assessor working on your case for a month. We file your applications on your behalf, handle what comes back, and deliver a written assessment naming the countries and institutions open to you. You are never out of pocket for it: the $250 either comes back to you or comes off your fee.
You get the full $250 back. That outcome is rare and usually comes down to a criminal record, a serious visa history, or funds that are not there. We will tell you plainly which of those it was.
No, it is the most common gap we see and it is one we can close. Almost every institution requires proof of language before it will accept you. Where you need it, we arrange a recognised course, taught in your own language rather than thrown at you in a language you do not yet speak.
About a month. Not because we are slow, but because you will need to gather transcripts, financial records and documents from your school, your bank and sometimes your government. That is what takes the time.
No. Nobody can, and anyone who tells you they can is lying to you. That is a decision made by a government, not by us. What we can do is make sure your file is as strong as it can be and tell you honestly where the weak points are before you spend money.
That is your choice and we will tell you honestly whether it is realistic. If it is not, we will show you what is. Plenty of students who could not go where they first wanted are now studying somewhere they are glad they chose.
No. Tuition, government visa charges and living costs are paid by you directly to the institution and the authorities. What you pay us is the $250 and, once you are accepted, the $750.
Yes, and we would rather. They are funding it and should hear this directly rather than second hand. Tell us what language they prefer and your adviser will arrange a time that suits them.
